Introduction

Applying the Barre concept to a recovery class that slows down movements and isometric holds to become more aware of proper muscle engagement and joint protection. Focus on form, and finding a balance of strength, deeper stretch, and joint/muscle protection. A great class to work into a workout regimen. Excellent for all levels from beginners to athletes to find proper muscle recovery throughout training.
