I’ve recently tried both a yoga and barre class with Diana and loved both! They aren’t my typical workouts but I highly enjoyed them. The studio is clean and welcoming and Diana has an upbeat/fun personality that really keeps you going during class!

Diana is an amazing instructor! Her studio is inviting and warm! I love all her classes from yin, to pilatates and barre it’s all great! Pattys hot yoga classes on sundays are a favorite as well!!! By far the best studio around 💛

Life changing! Diana’s ability to create diverse programs and dedication to providing guidance for modifying every exercise and pose are second to none. I’m only starting my third week at this studio, and can already feel the positive impacts on my energy, flexibility, strength, mindfulness, and posture. Sessions are affordable and scheduled with an easy to use app. Classes are well sized, with a diverse mix of ages and genders of supportive and friendly patrons. Come join us!

Highly recommend the Yoga Barre to anyone looking for a yoga class. Their instructors are knowledgable and super friendly. Great location in downtown Cary and the studio itself is a positive and very clean atmosphere. I look forward to each class!

I was happy to find a Yoga and Pilates studio close to my home. I have been attending classes for the past 6 weeks - I am new to Yoga and am really enjoying it. Patty is a wonderful instructor -very patient and encouraging. Diana’s Pilates and Barre classes are challenging. If needed, she will suggest modifications so you are still getting the most from the class. The studio is beautiful and developing a really nice group of clientele, who are fun and welcoming.

I have been to many yoga classes over the past 10 years and I have never received the care and guidance as I have received from Diana and Yoga Barre in Cary, IL. I will continue to take classes, thank you. I look forward to continuing my yoga journey at this studio.Mike

I think Diana is an amazing teacher. I have taken Pilates classes before and I am learning new variations to add to my practice. Her Hot Yoga class will make you sweat and you will have fun. 😁

Had my first class today and it was terrific! Patty was great and helped me with my form. The facility is top notch and you can get a great cup of coffee after an early session across the street. Just perfect!

I attended a Saturday morning Barre class, the studio is really nice, clean and functional. Dianas class was challenging and fun and hit what seemed to be every muscle in my body! Diana is a great instructor, I would definitely suggest going to any of the classes here because I know Angie is awesome too!

Just getting back into exercise and went to see Diana at Yoga Barre for a private lesson. Diana personalized t my session by accommodating my limitations and accentuating my strengths with just the right level of challenge. Can't wait to go back for more!

An exceptional sanctuary for your mind and body. Yogabarre has everything you need to feed your soul whether it’s a kickbutt hot yoga class or a slow flow restorative practice. Highly recommend for all levels!

From yoga to barre, you will definitely find a class that works for you. Diana’s band workout helped me find a new way to stretch and build my arm strength. Don’t overlook her chair yoga! It’s the perfect class to really focus on what your body needs whether you are a novice or expert, young or more mature!

The moment you walk in to the studio you are welcomed by Diana and her beautiful smile. The studio has all the supplies needed for classes which have been sanitized after every use which makes attending the classes hassle free. I have attended Chair Yoga and Yoga Barre since the studio opened and both have been great experiences. The class schedule has a full range of classes and a variety of time slots to fit every individuals needs. Diana is an amazing instructor which allows for you to fully engage in the class.
