Barre and Isometric Barre Recovery

Barre – a hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga and strength training. Using isometric movements – holding your body still while you contract specific muscles, until you shake and feel the burn!

Isometric Barre Recovery – Applying the Barre concept to a recovery class that slows down movements and isometric holds to become more aware of proper muscle engagement and joint protection. Focus on form, and finding a balance of strength, stretch, and joint/muscle protection.
