Love the variety of classes. No matter your fitness level, they have a way of making each class manageable for everyone.Hot yoga and Gentle yin are my favorites, but when I want a really touch work-out, then I do the Barre class.

I love Patti's Sunday morning hot yoga class! She always creates an encouraging, supportive environment and makes the class a ton of fun. Love that small class sizes and intimate setting of the studio as well.

This is now my all time favorite yoga studio. I have attended several different types of classes with different instructors including barre, pilates, basic yoga and yoga-pilates fusion. Each class week-to-week is unique with the perfect amount of strength training, mobility, flexibility and relaxation. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and give excellent cues. All programs have a smooth flow and are polished. The environment is clean, comfortable and relaxing. I’m definitely hooked and highly recommend trying any class here. You won’t be disappointed.

Today was my 1st Yoga class, All Level Strength. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Diana was very pleasant, she made me work, lol, but also adjusted any movements to help my tight hips. I really enjoyed this session and can't wait to book my next class 😊

I just attended my first class at this studio and had Kristin for Yoga Pilates Fusion. It was the perfect blend of both yoga and pilates where it left my body feeling very challenged, but rejuvenated and peaceful at the same time. I really enjoyed her ability to relate to all of us at various levels in the class and positive personality. The studio is clean, neat, and allows for a very enjoyable practice. Thank you so much Kristin! I will absolutely be back for more classes and highly recommend this studio, specifically Kristin as an instructor.

I’ve recently tried both a yoga and barre class with Diana and loved both! They aren’t my typical workouts but I highly enjoyed them. The studio is clean and welcoming and Diana has an upbeat/fun personality that really keeps you going during class!

Diana is an amazing instructor! Her studio is inviting and warm! I love all her classes from yin, to pilatates and barre it’s all great! Pattys hot yoga classes on sundays are a favorite as well!!! By far the best studio around 💛

Life changing! Diana’s ability to create diverse programs and dedication to providing guidance for modifying every exercise and pose are second to none. I’m only starting my third week at this studio, and can already feel the positive impacts on my energy, flexibility, strength, mindfulness, and posture. Sessions are affordable and scheduled with an easy to use app. Classes are well sized, with a diverse mix of ages and genders of supportive and friendly patrons. Come join us!

I was happy to find a Yoga and Pilates studio close to my home. I have been attending classes for the past 6 weeks - I am new to Yoga and am really enjoying it. Patty is a wonderful instructor -very patient and encouraging. Diana’s Pilates and Barre classes are challenging. If needed, she will suggest modifications so you are still getting the most from the class. The studio is beautiful and developing a really nice group of clientele, who are fun and welcoming.

From yoga to barre, you will definitely find a class that works for you. Diana’s band workout helped me find a new way to stretch and build my arm strength. Don’t overlook her chair yoga! It’s the perfect class to really focus on what your body needs whether you are a novice or expert, young or more mature!

The moment you walk in to the studio you are welcomed by Diana and her beautiful smile. The studio has all the supplies needed for classes which have been sanitized after every use which makes attending the classes hassle free. I have attended Chair Yoga and Yoga Barre since the studio opened and both have been great experiences. The class schedule has a full range of classes and a variety of time slots to fit every individuals needs. Diana is an amazing instructor which allows for you to fully engage in the class.
